Support - Replacement Purchase Key (PK)
Please submit your details below to obtain a replacement Purchase Key (PK) for you or one of your users, which will be immediately emailed to the specified email address.
The replacement Purchase Key (PK) will be sent via email so please
ensure you enter a valid Email Address!
PPN is "Product Purchase Number", PK is "Product Key", both appear in the Help, About window of the installed program.
Please note that a replacement Purchase Key will only be issued if your licence is valid for the version of software you want to use, i.e. it was released during your Annual Upgrade Protection period. If your licence is not valid for the version you are using, you'll need to renew your Annual Upgrade Protection or purchase a Program Upgrade, as appropriate.
